NWOA Pubs Submission Form

All of NWOA’s publications benefit from our members and partners sharing articles, story ideas, and photos. If you would like to be included in our communication outreach by sharing about yourself or your organization, we would love to hear from you.

Below is the schedule of National Woodlands magazine FINAL submission deadlines. FINAL deadlines do not leave time for more than a single proof for you to review (within 48 hours). So, I suggest that you try to beat these deadlines by a week or more to guarantee multiple proofing rounds.

1st quarter 2025 winter issue: Friday, December 13, 2024
2nd quarter 2025 spring issue: Friday, March 14, 2025 (extended by 1 week, rev 3/1/2025)
3rd quarter 2025 summer issue: Friday, June 14, 2025
4th quarter 2025 autumn issue: Friday, September 13, 2025

The information submitted in this form will be used to contact you to discuss the details of your submission. In addition, the specifications associated with each of our publications will be discussed along with the best way to share/upload files. Our Publications and Communications committee folks will respond to your ideas within a week's time.
